At The Little Sparkle, we take pride in crafting personalized products with great care. As all our custom items are made to order, we maintain a clear and transparent policy in line with leading personalized brands in the UAE, while prioritizing your satisfaction.

Personalized Products
All customized products (including names, embroidery, printed personalization) are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are made uniquely for you. This policy is standard across the industry.
If, however, there is a clear error on our part, such as a spelling mistake different from what you submitted, or an incorrect item, we will offer a free replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement provided customization has not started. After this window, we regret that cancellations are no longer possible due to our swift production process.

Non-Personalized Items
Non-customized items such as accessories or packaging sold separately may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, if unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We can arrange local pickup in the UAE through DHL for a flat fee of AED 20.

Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives defective or does not match your order, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will evaluate and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
