UAE Domestic Shipping
Orders above AED 100 qualify for free standard delivery across the UAE. Orders below AED 100 will be charged a flat shipping fee of AED 10. Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 working days. Express same-day delivery is available in Dubai for selected products at an additional cost.
International Shipping
We offer global delivery at a flat shipping rate of AED 90 per order. All international shipments must be prepaid. Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 working days after dispatch. Customs duties or import taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient in their country.
Processing Time
All orders, especially personalized ones, are processed within 2 to 4 working days. Shipping timelines apply after processing is complete.
